Well, school is officially over for me. I had my last final this morning. Sorry I didn’t post, I was busy studying. Me and two of my friends already bought tickets to Lyon. We fly through Dublin with a bit of a layover so we can relax and maybe explore a bit. Probably mostly relax. I’ve got my budget pretty much squared away, I need to sign some docs on my loan and all my funding will be ready to go. Thats a load off! I fly home tomorrow, gonna work on the bike and settle in a bit Sunday. Then I’m off to Maine to pick up my car on Monday. It’s a 12 hour drive home, but considering I haven’t drove in … 6 months or so I’ll be alright. The rest of the week is busy with little errands and family stuff. I’m getting another book to read for living abroad. DePaul has already given me one, and I bought 2 of my own specific to France and Sweden. I should review these and post how informative they are. Later next week I will post a time line I’ve been talking about. I think the main benefit from this will help me stay organized and I think it will help the students for next year. Well I need to get back to packing. It’s pretty depressing leaving, maybe going back home to D.C. is similar to Reverse Culture shock just at a lower intensity?
